Role Description
At Evinced, youβll be developing disruptive new ways for large enterprises to build accessible web and mobile apps that work for everyone, by developing AI-enabled tools and frameworks that find, cluster, and track accessibility problems automatically, saving developers time and reducing risk.
Your role will involve:
-
Owning renewals, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts.
-
Becoming the trusted advisor your customers rely on β understanding their roadmap, pain, and success metrics better than anyone, and advocating for them internally.
-
Building and sustaining deep, multi-threaded partnerships across customer champions, executive sponsors, and day-to-day users.
-
Building strategic account plans that map stakeholders, identify whitespace, and drive upsell and cross-sell.
-
Growing ARR by expanding Evincedβs footprint into new teams, business units, and use cases within existing customers.
-
Partnering closely with Technical Account Managers and Customer Success to ensure adoption, value realization, and reference-ability.
-
Navigating multi-year expansion and renewal cycles, coordinating legal, procurement, and security as needed.
-
Delivering accurate renewal and expansion forecasts with disciplined CRM hygiene.
Qualifications
-
7+ years of enterprise SaaS experience in roles centered on growing and retaining customers β account management, expansion, and renewals.
-
A proven relationship-builder: a track record of becoming a genuine trusted advisor to enterprise customers, not just a vendor they buy from.
-
Background in or strong exposure to customer success, technical account management, or customer support.
-
Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts through land-and-expand, upsell, and cross-sell within Fortune 500 logos.
-
Skilled at multi-threaded relationship management and strategic account planning across long cycles.
-
Comfortable with a technical product β able to translate adoption and usage into measurable business value and roadmap alignment.
-
Excellent executive presence and communication, with the patience, empathy, and structure that long partnerships require.
-
Based in the United States, comfortable working fully remote, and willing to travel approximately 25β40%.
-
Self-directed, coachable, and energized by an ambiguous, fast-moving growth-stage environment.
Nice to Have
-
Prior hands-on customer success or customer support experience earlier in your career.
-
Experience in developer tools, testing/quality, DevOps, or digital experience platforms.
-
Familiarity with digital accessibility (WCAG, ADA/Section 508) or the a11y ecosystem.
