[Hiring] EMEA Account Executive @RHONDOS Inc

Role Description

We are hiring an Account Executive to join our EMEA go-to-market team as our first dedicated seller in the region. You will own the full sales cycle for enterprise SAP customers and prospects, selling PowerConnect directly and through our partner ecosystem.

• Own and exceed an annual quota for new and expansion revenue across an assigned EMEA territory.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise logos through direct outreach and partner-sourced opportunities.
• Co-sell with Dynatrace, Splunk/Cisco, and systems integrator field teams.
• Manage and grow strategic accounts in the installed base.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline at 3–4x coverage.
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through commercial negotiation and close.
• Enable partner sellers on the RHONDOS value proposition.
• Navigate procurement, legal, and security review with enterprise buyers.
• Provide market, competitive, and customer feedback to Product and Marketing.
• Represent RHONDOS at regional SAP, observability, and partner events.
• Travel across the region as required, approximately 30%.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of B2B software sales experience, including at least one full-cycle, quota-carrying closing role.
• Demonstrated ability to source your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner co-selling.
• Comfort selling to technical and IT leadership buyers.
• Experience working with or through channel partners.
• Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting habits in a CRM (HubSpot a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; German or another major European language a strong plus.
• Resident in and legally authorized to work in an EMEA country.
• Coachable, self-directed, and organized.

Requirements

• Experience selling into SAP-running enterprises.
• Exposure to SAP environments.
• Experience selling observability, monitoring, IT operations, or security software.
• Existing relationships within the Dynatrace or Splunk/Cisco partner ecosystems.
• Experience as an early sales hire in a startup or scale-up.
• Familiarity with a structured sales methodology such as MEDDICC or Command of the Message.
