Role Description

We're looking for an exceptional Sales Director to lead a team of Mid-Market or Enterprise Account Executives within our High Growth organization, driving our culture, performance, and revenue growth across both net new and expansion business. Qualifications

• Successful track record in front-line sales leadership within SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams, with consistent target overachievement across industries and buyer personas.
• A big-picture thinker with a clear growth strategy for both new business and expansion.
• Proficient with pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Skilled in collaborating across departments and engaging key stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the corporate market and its buying dynamics.
• Experienced in managing complex SaaS sales cycles.
• Skilled in coaching and developing high-performing sales professionals.

Requirements

• Take responsibility for 8-12 Account Executives managing end-to-end sales processes.
• Shape and execute a strategy for both new logo acquisition and expansion.
• Use CRM and analytics tools to track sales metrics and forecast accurately.
• Engage directly with senior stakeholders at high-value prospects and clients.
• Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams for alignment.
