Role Description

We are seeking a confident, results-driven Customer Sales Representative to conduct scheduled 15-minute discovery calls with prospective patients. This role is critical to practice growth. Your primary objective is to convert qualified prospects into booked initial consultations with a medical provider. This is a part-time role based on appointment volume/bookings. Fluent, natural-sounding English is required. The candidate must sound credible, professional, and fully integrated with the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled 15-minute discovery calls with prospective patients

• Identify patient concerns, goals, and readiness
