• As a remote outbound sales advisor in our virtual contact centre, you will help customers safeguard their valuable household electrical items through our insurance cover protection options.
• You will provide the features and benefits of our protection plans to customers while addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Requirements

• Contract: Permanent, full time with a fixed weekly shift pattern.
• Location: Remote – Working from home.
• Shift pattern: Mon-Thurs 10:30-7pm, Fri - 9-5:30pm, with 2 x 15min breaks and a 30min lunch break.
