Role Description

The Opportunity:

• TradeCentric connects B2B suppliers and their eCommerce platforms directly to buyers' eProcurement systems.
• As a Customer Growth Representative, you will bridge existing customers and untapped parts of their organizations.
• You will map corporate families, uncover new opportunities, and hand qualified leads to Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of BDR, SDR, or account development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
• Strong research skills and curiosity to understand complex corporate structures.
• Experience in prospecting into multi-stakeholder, technically complex sales.
• Confidence on the phone with the ability to balance business goals and customer trust.
• Collaborative style to build strong relationships with Customer Success and Account Management.
• Strong CRM discipline, with Salesforce experience preferred.
• AI fluency, using generative AI and signal data tools for smarter research and faster prospecting.
• Ability to prioritize competing activities effectively.
• Goal-oriented, positive, self-starting mindset with a record of ownership.

Requirements

• Bonus points for experience in account-based or install-base selling.
• Exposure to eCommerce, eProcurement, iPaaS, or data integration technology.
• Familiarity with corporate hierarchy tools such as ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, or Salesforce account hierarchies.
• Training in Same Side Selling or a similar consultative methodology.
