Requirements

• Contact and qualify commercial prospects.
• Understand each business's operations, risks, and insurance needs.
• Coordinate with the agency team to develop insurance solutions and proposals.
• Present coverage options, address objections, follow up consistently, and close new business.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and develop referrals from clients and centers of influence.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up tasks.
• Coordinate new-account onboarding with the service team and support client retention.
• Meet production goals while maintaining account quality and ethical sales practices.

• Guaranteed Base Pay: Negotiable and structured as either an hourly rate or a guaranteed minimum monthly amount.

• Account Revenue Target: Average gross agency commission of $500 per account.
• Monthly Production Bonuses:
• $500 at $50,000 in issued premium.
