Role Description

This is a remote position.

We are hiring a strategic Client Partner to serve as the primary point of contact for new prospective clients and to convert qualified interest into long-term advisory relationships. This is a client-facing commercial sales role that will directly contribute to the success of the firm. You will be the first real conversation many high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs have with us. Your role is to quickly understand what sophisticated clients truly need, build genuine trust, and guide the right prospects to choose Rothbard as their partner. No technical advisory or tax preparation work is required.

Most sales roles in professional services ask you to sell someone else’s vision. Here you will be representing a firm whose principles you can actually stand behind — and whose clients care deeply about the same things you do.

What You Will Do

• Build trust and credibility quickly with sophisticated, high-net-worth individuals
• Diagnose needs, goals, and constraints through high-quality discovery conversations
• Navigate complex personal and financial situations with clarity and confidence
• Convert qualified prospects into paying clients for both initial consultations and bespoke solutions
• Drive revenue and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and client influencing skills - you build trust fast with smart, successful people
• Demonstrated experience and success working with HNW clientele
• Comfortable selling intangible, bespoke, high value services
• Your personal values align with libertarian principles and financial sovereignty
• Ability to grasp complex tax, residency, citizenship and asset-protection concepts
• Hungry for success, persistent and detail-oriented
• Autonomous, responsible, and have experience working remotely
• Highly adaptable to change and thrive in a dynamic, start up environment
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written)
• High degree of professionalism, maturity and integrity

Preferred Profile

• A background in law, international relations, retirement/insurance sales or Big 4/advisory consulting
• You understand the value of asset protection plans and how they help clients save money and protect their assets
• Lived experience with your own Plan B and offshore strategies (residency, citizenship, tax, etc.)

• Caribbean: Bahamas, Barbados, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Dominican Republic
