Role Description

We're looking for organized, responsive individuals to help clients stay on top of schedules, confirmations, and important planning details. As a Client Scheduling Associate, you'll support day-to-day coordination by managing dates, follow-up, updates, and client information. Some requests may also involve reservations, accommodations, transportation timing, activities, or other itinerary-related details. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organized, and making sure plans stay on track. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
