[Hiring] Client Advisor @Surety Systems

Role Description

The Client Advisor (Sales Executive) is an experienced sales executive that collaborates with our clients to get the highest business value for enterprise applications and analytics. The client advisor will have both a defined territory and specific ERP platforms. Using provided leads, the client advisor will prospect for new logo opportunities and network to both expand and cross-sell at existing clients. The client advisor will work collaboratively with our internal marketing, recruiting and business development teams to build solutions to help clients address their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a strong strategic plan to drive rapid gross profit growth for the defined territory.
• Network within the eco systems and prospect to new potential clients for Surety using cutting-edge AI and modern tools to prioritize and optimize effectiveness.
• Manage existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover opportunities to expand into new functional areas and new ERP platforms.
• Qualify new leads in your defined territory and lead the sales pursuit process to closure.
• Quarterback client requirements’ analysis and solution development for professional services and consultants.
• Create solution proposals and RFPs, lead the statement of work creation process.
• Manage all named clients in the defined territory including fostering executive level relationships, monitoring customer satisfaction and delivery oversight.
• Attend vendor conferences and users groups to help with company prospecting.
• Track all prospecting and cross-selling activities and manage all sales opportunities.
• Travel to client sites to foster and strengthen executive level relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience of selling ERP consulting services to line of business executives in Finance, HR, SCM and IT. Experience with Oracle or SAP or Workday is a benefit.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce). Experience with outbound platforms such as SalesLoft/LinkedIn Sales Navigator along with AI.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Exceptional verbal/written communication and a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team internally across all departments.
• Prefer candidates located near a major airport.
