Role Description
As Client Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans in the North American region to meet and exceed our sales targets. You will identify, approach and cultivate relationships with new clients including pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-level presentations highlighting the unique benefits and features of our consulting services.

Sales development and execution of accounts identified as strategic customers based on existing or potential volume of NSF business

Single point of contact for client relationships with strategic customers

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions

Negotiate contracts and prepare deals to drive business growth

Provide exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to align sales strategies with company goals

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products

Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree ideally with a business or commercial focus

Relevant experience in executive level consultative selling

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Experience selling projects $1M+

Responsible for gathering and organizing resources for key accounts

Sales expertise in complex structures

Experience with CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce

Ability to travel consistently

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Confident use of common MS Office programs

Ability to present NSF solutions and services to clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, video or web meetings, telephone calls and emails

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry and its services

Relevant professional experience in B2B solution sales

Broad network of decision-makers in the life science industry

Existing client base is a plus
Requirements

Salary Range: $72,000 - $118,000 base + a sales incentive plan
-
The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At NSF, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
