[Hiring] Chapter Director @CEO Life

Role Description

We are looking for highly connected, relationship-driven individuals to serve as Chapter Directors in each of our local markets. This is not a traditional sales job. The Chapter Director is responsible for growing the CEO Life community within their city.

• Build relationships with CEOs, entrepreneurs, business owners, and C-suite executives throughout your market.
• Identify and introduce qualified prospective members to CEO Life.
• Leverage CEO Life's proven suite of prospecting, outreach, marketing, and relationship-building tools to consistently generate opportunities.
• Personally contribute 2–4 new CEO Life members per month.
• Attend and actively participate in your chapter's monthly CEO Life event.
• Welcome prospective and new members into the community.
• Help create connections between members and prospects when appropriate.
• Represent CEO Life professionally throughout the local business community.
• Collaborate with your Chapter President and fellow Chapter Directors to grow the chapter.
• Participate in regular accountability, pipeline, and performance meetings with your Chapter President.
• Become an ambassador for the CEO Life brand and mission within your city.

Qualifications

• Naturally relationship-oriented.
• Well-connected or highly motivated to become well-connected.
• Comfortable speaking with successful business owners and executives.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys bringing people together.
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Organized enough to consistently manage a relationship pipeline.
• Coachable and willing to use proven systems rather than reinventing them.
• Comfortable being held accountable to measurable goals.
• Professional, trustworthy, and credible.
• Excited about becoming highly involved in your local business community.

Requirements

• Earn 25% commission on membership revenue personally generated.
• Target income opportunity: $5,000–$10,000+ per month.
• Ability to connect with people, build trust, follow a system, and execute consistently.
