[Hiring] Business Growth Sales Consultant @Upsender

Role Description

Upsender is adding a business-growth sales consultant to work with qualified prospects and help them make clear decisions about services designed to improve growth and customer performance. This is a fully remote opening assigned to Upsender’s Dallas sales team. Weekday availability during U.S. business hours is required.

Primary emphasis: consultative conversations with qualified prospects and matching their business needs to the appropriate Upsender solution.

What You’ll Sell

• Upsender provides software and managed services designed to help established brands improve customer engagement, automation, retention, and revenue performance.
• The company also provides hands-on managed support that can include:
  • Campaign execution
  • Testing
  • Automation optimization
  • Customer reactivation
  • Offer optimization
  • Performance analysis
  • Ongoing strategic support

What You’ll Do

• Run consultative sales conversations with qualified business owners and marketing leaders
• Understand the prospect’s business model, current growth process, customer base, goals, and key constraints
• Diagnose the business, engagement, automation, retention, and monetization problems affecting growth
• Recommend the platform, white-glove service, or a customized engagement when appropriate
• Present pricing and service options clearly
• Handle questions and objections professionally
• Ask for the sale when there is a legitimate fit
• Follow up with qualified opportunities
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline records
• Submit call recordings for coaching and review

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in consultative sales, business development, account executive work, remote closing, or another high-value sales environment
• Experience selling B2B services, software, marketing, consulting, or another high-value solution
• Experience conducting remote sales calls by Zoom or phone
• Strong discovery and diagnostic questioning skills
• Strong personal accountability and coachability

Compensation

• Salary: $2,141 to $3,641 per week.
