[Hiring] Business Development Representative @MASV

Role Description

At MASV, we build software that powers the heavy lifting for the world’s biggest media projects. We're on a mission to eliminate file transfer limits for creators, studios, and enterprise teams globally. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’re not just making calls—you are the front line of our growth engine. You'll prospect, engage, and open doors across film, TV, broadcasting, and tech to scale our enterprise pipeline.

What You’ll do

• Proactive Prospecting: Map, target, and expand into key target accounts across film, TV production, broadcasting, and global media agencies.
• High-Impact Outreach: Craft compelling, highly personalized multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, tailored video) that capture attention and drive conversions.
• Deep Discovery & Qualification: Inbound and new user qualification & development by uncovering key operational bottlenecks, articulating MASV’s value proposition with precision, and qualifying top-tier mid-market & enterprise opportunities.
• Strategic Execution: Partner directly with Sales and Marketing to execute account-based strategies and convert target enterprise prospects.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain pristine data integrity and maximize modern sales intelligence tools to streamline high-volume outreach.
• Continuous Optimization: Analyze conversion metrics, iterate on messaging strategies, and refine your playbook to consistently exceed quotas.
• Daily Activity Expectations: Maintain a consistent volume of targeted contacts per day across email, video, phone, and direct engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an outbound BDR or SDR role within SaaS
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding outbound quotas and metrics
• Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Unify (desired), Slack, Google Workspace and the latest AI models
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for concise, punchy messaging
