[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Marek Health

Role Description

Marek Health is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and help strengthen the foundation of our business partner program. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about health and performance, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow into a long-term career in business development.

As a BDR, you’ll serve as a key connection point between Marek Health and our business partners, ensuring a seamless experience for every client referred through our network. You’ll guide clients through their onboarding process while providing responsive, professional support to both clients and partners. After onboarding, you’ll take on targeted prospecting initiatives—helping identify, nurture, and activate new B2B partnerships while growing into a fully autonomous account manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level support to partners and their clients throughout the onboarding journey.
• Ensure a smooth, efficient transition from onboarding to program completion.
• Maintain fast, professional communication with clients and partners across email, phone, and chat.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Support with partner onboarding logistics and occasional bulk client activations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Grow into outbound prospecting, lead generation, and partnership activation as a fully autonomous account manager.
• Proactively identify and research potential partners who could benefit from Marek Health's services.
• Maintain a high level of inbound and outbound communication for new and existing partners.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Experience in client experience, account management, or sales support.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven and comfortable in a remote or hybrid work environment.
• Passion for health, performance, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, and/or concierge medicine.
• Passionate about human performance, disease prevention, and health optimization.
