[Hiring] Business Development Manager-Packaging and Warehouse Automation @EUCHNER - USA, INC.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager that would be responsible for the packaging and warehouse automation vertical markets in the United States. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Driving revenue growth
• Conducting market research
• Developing strategies to expand market presence
• Negotiating contracts
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Position Objectives:

• Help to drive product specification at target customers in specified vertical markets
• Maintain and expand current product specifications at key customers
• Attend trade shows and industry events related to specified vertical markets
• Provide updates on projects that can lead to opportunities
• Visit key customers in your target markets
• The BDM position is remote with required travel to support the vertical markets

Qualifications

• Experience in market research and business strategy development
• Skills in client relationship management and negotiation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Required experience with warehouse automation and packaging industries
• Experience in the industrial safety solutions sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
