Role Description

Most sales jobs hand you a list and hope. This one hands you a phone, a HubSpot instance, and a market of operators who are actively bleeding money on leads they can't work fast enough. If you need a manager to build your pipeline, stop here. If you've ever out-dialed a whole floor and closed a deal nobody thought was closeable, keep reading.

We run the dialing floors for companies in lending, home services, legal, and medical billing. Client keeps their leads and their playbook. We supply the agents, the AI, the automation, and the QA. It's an easy thing to sell when you understand the operator's math — and a hard thing to sell when you don't. That's the whole job.

What you own:

• Your own pipeline, cold dial to signature. No SDR feed, no waiting.
• A daily dial and connect standard in HubSpot. Non-negotiable, tracked, visible.
• Discovery that goes at the numbers: cost per lead, dials per day, connect rate, speed-to-lead, agent turnover, current vendor.
• Deal maps — economic buyer, floor manager, blocker, champion. Named, in the CRM.
• The entry offers: free contact-rate audit and the 7-agent pilot. You get them to yes on step one, then close the engagement.
• Proposals out within 24 hours. Templates exist. No excuses on speed.
• A Friday forecast you'd stake your commission on: commit, best case, pipe coverage.
• Clean handoff to onboarding, with the full context on lead volume and floor requirements.

Who you're calling:

• Owners, founders, partners, VPs and directors at 11–1,000 employee companies doing $500K+ in revenue:
• Financial services — debt settlement, tax relief, mortgage and non-depository lending, MCA and business loans, personal loans, auto loan and warranty, home warranty, private student loan, lending tech.
• Home — roofing, HVAC, solar, pools, windows.
• Legal — personal injury, mass tort, defense, med-legal.
• Health — medical and dental billing, RCM operators.

Not insurance, not retail, not deposit banks, not government or education. We don't waste your dials on unqualified verticals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B phone selling with closing responsibility — services, BPO, SaaS, or solutions into SMB and mid-market.
• A real high-volume dialing history. You know your daily numbers without checking.
• Four quarters of quota attainment you can put in front of us. Screenshots, W-2s, President's Club, ranked leaderboards — bring proof.
• HubSpot-native CRM discipline, or the ability to get there in a week.
• The ability to talk contact rate, speed-to-lead, agent capacity, and CPA with an operator and not get caught out.
• Excellent written and verbal English, neutral accent for US and Canadian buyers.
• Wired internet ≥ 25 Mbps, quiet dialing environment, professional video background.

Requirements

• Don't apply if:
• You've never carried a quota you had to self-source.
• Your last four quarters were "the territory was bad".
• You need a script read to you instead of built with you.
• You go quiet on a deal instead of calling the blocker.
