Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Appointment Setter & Lead Management Specialist to handle inbound lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and lead pipeline management. This role is heavily phone-based and requires someone confident in making high-volume outbound calls, following up persistently, and maintaining strong communication with potential customers. This position offers excellent performance-based bonuses and strong growth potential for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setting:
  • Respond quickly to inbound Facebook/marketing leads and execute high-volume outbound follow-up calls daily.
  • Qualify potential customers, schedule on-site appointments for the sales team, and persistently re-engage older leads in the pipeline.
• CRM & Pipeline Management:
  • Manage and update lead information, track activity, and organize lead pipelines efficiently inside Go High Level CRM.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and appointment details.
• Sales Coordination & Admin Support:
  • Coordinate schedules and dispatch field sales representatives for on-site visits.
  • Prepare and organize templated customer estimates for the sales closer using pre-established formats.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and operational communication during slower lead-flow periods.

Qualifications

• Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):
  • Bilingual Fluency: Fluent English and Spanish communication skills with a very neutral English accent.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, SDR, call center, or lead generation roles.
  • Phone Skills: Strong communication and objection-handling skills, comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
  • Tech Readiness: Experience working with CRM systems, a reliable internet connection, and a dedicated quiet work environment.
• Preferred:
  • Experience in home services industries (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, solar).
  • Familiarity with Go High Level CRM and handling inbound marketing leads from Meta or Google campaigns.
  • Previous experience supporting U.S.-based service businesses or dispatching field teams.

Benefits

• Salary: $9 - $10 per hour + commissions.
• Bonuses: $20 USD bonus per booked/closed electrical deal; $70 USD bonus per booked/closed solar deal.
