Role Description

We are seeking a high-performance Bilingual Account Executive (Outbound B2B) to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with U.S.-based clients. This is a 100% remote, full-time position for experienced sales professionals located anywhere in Latin America.

This role is tailored for natural "hunters" who thrive in outbound B2B environments, consistently hit revenue targets, and close deals through consultative selling. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales Management: Lead the complete sales funnel, including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery calls, solution presentations, and closing deals.
• Outbound Lead Generation: Execute multi-channel daily cold outreach (cold calling, targeted email sequences, and LinkedIn prospecting) to connect with U.S. decision-makers.
• Activity & Performance KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed activity standards (e.g., 60+ outbound calls/day OR 2+ qualified discovery calls/day).
• Consultative Selling: Conduct deep discovery meetings to identify client operational pain points and present customized BPO, staffing, or virtual assistance solutions.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain rigorous CRM data integrity, track outreach activities, and manage accurate revenue forecasts.
• Internal Alignment: Work closely with Recruitment and HR teams to ensure seamless candidate placement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English & Spanish (English C1-C2).
• 2–5 years B2B sales (remote/outbound preferred).
• Hunter mentality (loves cold outreach & pipeline building).
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Proven execution & quota attainment.
• Highly coachable, accountable, and results-driven.
• Experience in BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant industry (preferred).
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
