Role Description

As a B2C Outbound Sales Specialist at Nexford, your role goes beyond just closing enrollments – you’ll be a key player in driving our mission to provide accessible, high-quality education globally. This is a highly targeted, consultative sales position where you’ll manage both inbound and outbound calls, primarily engaging prospective learners in the US and other international markets. You’ll work directly with prospective learners to understand their goals, overcome objections, and guide them toward the Nexford program that best fits their career aspirations.

• Balance productivity and quality: exceed enrollment targets while upholding Nexford’s standards through rigorous QA call marking during downtime.
• Secure enrollments that contribute directly to Nexford’s growth, helping us expand our reach and impact.
• Bring end-to-end sales experience, education sales expertise, resilience, consultative-selling skills, and a passion for making a measurable difference in a high-impact EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end outbound telesales experience, including prospecting, conducting sales conversations, handling objections, follow-up, and closing deals.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in Education or EdTech is required.
• Previous experience selling to customers in the US market is important, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a KPI-driven environment.
• Strong consultative selling, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Exceptional English, both written and verbal, with strong listening and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
