[Hiring] B2B Lead Generation Specialist @Bamboo Works

Role Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist , you'll own the top of our sales funnel, from identifying the right companies through booking qualified meetings for our sales team. You'll build a predictable pipeline from scratch, targeting companies that could realistically hire offshore staff, and find the buying signals that show when a business is ready to build a remote team.

This is a highly autonomous role where you'll work closely with our sales team and internal leadership to:

• Test new channels
• Refine our ideal customer profile
• Hand over opportunities that are warm, qualified, and ready to close

Your success will be measured by:

• The number of qualified meetings you generate
• The quality of those opportunities
• Your creativity in finding new ways to reach prospects
• The long-term clients they turn into

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in B2B lead generation, with a proven record of generating clients for a staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO firm itself.
• Ability to share real funnel numbers, including outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, show-up rates, and closed clients.
• Experience in building targeted lead lists and finding buying signals independently.
• Hands-on experience with at least one CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Requirements

• Experience running qualification or discovery calls before handing prospects over to sales.
• Familiarity with the Western SMB market (US, UK, EU, AU) and its offshore hiring needs.
• Experience with cold calling or appointment-setting software.
• Experience with corporate markets, such as accounting.
• Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, etc.) to speed up research and personalization.
• Experience with outreach beyond cold email and LinkedIn, such as partnerships, referrals, events, communities, or content-led prospecting.
