[Hiring] Associate Territory Manager @Bioventus

Role Description

The Associate Territory Manager - Surgical supports and reports to the Director of Sales in the coverage and set up of Surgical cases in a designated area through knowledge of our equipment, geography, and facility intricacies. This job will spend time in hospital operating rooms, surgery centers, and physician offices. This role is an entry level position to gain access into a medical device surgical sales environment. This is a remote role with preferred hubs being NYC/Long Island, Northern NJ or Western CT.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree;
• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in nursing, surgical technology, paramedic experience, or B2B sales;
• Medical sales and previous hands-on anatomy lab experience is a plus;
• Must have a valid driver’s license in one of the 50 United States;
• Exceptional customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills including proper phone etiquette;
• Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel;
• Highly detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy;
• Maintains an attitude of responsibility, ownership, and accountability;
• Strong sense of decision making, sound judgement and critical thinking;
• Motivated and able to work independently within a fast paced, team environment.
