[Hiring] Area Sales Manager @PHC Europe

Role Description

As our new Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market development for PHCbi products and services across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

• Support and enable distribution partners to drive sales of PHCbi products and services, providing product expertise, commercial guidance, and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end users, key stakeholders, and prospects through site visits, seminars, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and routes to market to drive growth across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans, expanding market penetration and increasing sales performance.
• Develop monthly forecasts and territory action plans in partnership with the UK Business Manager Sales to achieve sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving business growth and sales performance across the life sciences market, particularly in lab-based capital equipment environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying opportunities, winning new business, and delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Confidence working independently and taking ownership of market development activities in a new and evolving environment.
• Willingness to travel within Northern Ireland and ROI.

Requirements

• A degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to customer support, with the confidence to provide first-line assistance and troubleshooting in the field.
