As Area Account Manager, you are responsible for your territory and you will be in close contact with your customers, doctors, nurses, other stakeholders and colleagues. You strive for new ways to grow the business and take care of your customers.

• Responsible and accountable for the overall business performance in your territory.
• Establish and execute sales strategies to achieve the budget in your territory.
• Make strong relationships with your customers.
• Train and educate the users in product related matters, attend surgeries and keep an overall professional service level to the customers.
• Continue to develop the existing business and identify new possibilities within your territory.

Qualifications

• Driving license (requirement)
• Post-Secondary education (eftergymnasial utbildning) is a requirement.
• Experience of medical sales, orthopaedics, operating room, hospital/medical background or background in the medical device industry are preferred.
• Preferred to live in the area of your business, Skåne, Halland, Småland, Blekinge.
• Knowledge about orthopaedics is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and the spoken language.
• High level of social skills and communicative.
• Self going but also team oriented.
• Positive, curious and brave personality.

• Highly motivated, goal oriented and structured person with great ability to prioritize and make things happen.
• Passion for patient care and meeting customer needs.
• Able to act with short notice and handle several parallel ongoing customer activities.
• Join a team with highly experienced colleagues and have high impact in shaping the trauma business in your district.
• Comprehensive training in Trauma, products and systems provided.
