[Hiring] Appointment Setter / SDR @Sales Match

Role Description

Sales Match is a recruiting firm that places vetted closers and appointment setters with online businesses. We're hiring one appointment setter to sit inside our own business and book calls for the founder.

The job involves:

• Dialing using signal-based dialing.
• Calling founders who have just posted a job for a closer or setter, or who are running ads that need one.
• Having real conversations to book them onto a 20-minute call with the founder.

The numbers:

• 150 dials a day; 120 is the floor, not the goal.
• Every lead dialed twice a day for five days.
• 12 qualified booked calls a month by your second month, or the seat ends.

Compensation:

• $1,750 a month base, paid from day 31 onward.
• $125 for every qualified call you book that shows up.
• $200 per show from your 21st qualified show in a month.
• $500 for every client the founder closes from a call you booked.
• Normal month earnings: $4,500 to $5,500; strong month: $7,000; exceptional month: over $10,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based appointment setting or SDR experience.
• Self-motivated to the point of being annoying.
• Desire to work directly under a founder with 8-figure sales experience.
• Treat "no" as data and the next dial as the answer.

Requirements

• Full-time commitment; no side gigs during dial hours.
• Ability to pick up the phone without being told.
• No excuses for missing numbers; accountability is key.
• Willingness to sit through a full day of cold calls.
