At Wealthy Leadership, we serve individuals who are already motivated to improve their situation with the coaching team that can help them do it. Your job is to be the bridge warm, professional, and consistent. No cold call lists. No scripts. No high-volume dialing.

• Reach out to qualified prospects via LinkedIn and Facebook with thoughtful, personalized messages
• Understand each person's goals, challenges, and current circumstances
• Gauge readiness and schedule sessions with our advisory team
• Prepare prospects with clear next steps before their appointment
• Track your pipeline and follow up reliably

Qualifications

• Background in sales, customer service, recruiting, real estate, or coaching
• Comfortable initiating and leading conversations online
• Accountable, coachable, and self-motivated
• Looking for long-term opportunity -- not just a quick paycheck

Requirements

• $900-$1,800 per week based on performance
• No income cap - strong results mean strong pay
