Role Description

We are seeking a high-energy, resilient Remote Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be the engine of the sales pipeline, responsible for initiating first contact with potential clients and qualifying opportunities. This is a high-impact position designed for a hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at turning cold conversations into booked meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to prospective leads daily.
• Engage key decision-makers through persuasive communication and active listening.
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound activity and booked appointments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years proven experience in an outbound sales or appointment setting role.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes (80-100+ calls per day) while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
• High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong objection-handling skills and the persistence to overcome gatekeepers.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard sales productivity tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a B2B (Business-to-Business) sales environment.
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot).
• Prior experience working in a fully remote team.
