Qualifications

• Team members will be responsible for following all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization.
• Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings.
• Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Possess sales experience.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).

Requirements

• Experience with Premier Sales Training, our exclusive action line and in-house onboarding course meticulously tailored for the timeshare industry.
• Understanding the intricacies of our products and being able to effectively communicate its value to customers.
• Completion of Hilton University's comprehensive courses to ensure agents are well-equipped with vital product knowledge.

The range of the role is $93,750 to $156,250 annually, plus commission & bonuses governed by a compensation plan. The actual base pay offered may vary based on geographic location and market data.
