[Hiring] Senior Sales Executive @ECI Software Solutions

Role Description

We are seeking a high-performing, consultative Senior Sales Executive to accelerate new customer acquisition for ERP within the discrete manufacturing industry. This is a full-cycle, new-business sales role for someone who thrives on creating pipeline, earning the trust of business owners and decision-makers, delivering and converting complex needs into clear business value. You will own the sales process from prospecting through close, partnering with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver against revenue goals. This is a remote position. Candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone, or able to work Pacific Time Zone hours, are preferred. 30-40% travel requirements.

• Own new-logo sales of ERP from initial prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Build and manage a focused territory plan that identifies, prioritizes, and advances high-value opportunities.
• Lead discovery conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover operational challenges, business priorities, and ERP requirements.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to deliver value-driven product demonstrations that connect ERP capabilities to measurable customer outcomes.
• Conduct consultative pricing reviews, manage negotiations, and confidently guide prospects through the buying process.
• Maintain rigorous opportunity, pipeline, and activity management in Salesforce.com to support accurate forecasting and execution.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to execute agreed-upon sales plays.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of successful sales experience, ideally in a complex B2B software environment.
• Experience selling ERP software is highly desirable.
• Experience selling into discrete manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated success prospecting, managing complex sales cycles, and winning new business.
• Required experience in territory management and account planning.
• Strong executive-level presentation, discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and closing skills.
• AI first mindset with solid foundation in AI use cases and AI value outcomes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Proficiency using Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM to manage pipeline, opportunities, and sales activity.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time-management skills.
• A collaborative, customer-first mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps, generative AI tools and CRM.
