Role Description

We’re searching for an Account Executive, Private Client Services to join our team at our office in Burlington, ON. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key clients.
• Understanding unique client needs and delivering customized insurance solutions.
• Thriving in a supportive and collaborative team environment to achieve shared goals and drive business success.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in high-net-worth or private client services, or 10+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• Insurance Broker Level 2 License.
• Bonus: Working towards or completion of the CAIB / CIP designation.

Requirements

• Drive sales results by expanding existing insurance programs and exceeding sales targets.
• Motivated to succeed and grow a book of business utilizing proven ability to attract and retain high net worth clientele.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor exhibiting a high degree of initiative.
