[Hiring] Account Executive @RZR Global Inc.

Role Description

RZR is hiring its first in-market seller in Vietnam. As Account Executive in Hanoi, you will open and grow new business in Vietnam for our performance marketing solutions — user acquisition and retargeting, with CTV as the market matures. Vietnam is home to a fast-growing community of mobile game publishers and app developers, many of whom acquire users in global markets.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, INSEA, you will own the full sales cycle with Vietnamese publishers, app marketers and agencies. You will also build a largely greenfield retargeting business — introducing a new revenue line to publishers who currently buy only UA. This is a ground-floor role: you shape how RZR goes to market in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle — from account identification and outreach to contract, launch and handoff — for new RZR customers in Vietnam.
• Present RZR's UA and retargeting solutions to decision makers at Vietnamese game publishers and app developers, including those scaling in global markets.
• Open retargeting as a new revenue line with publishers and advertisers who currently buy UA only.
• Build relationships with e-wallet, fintech and e-commerce advertisers and their agencies.
• Build and maintain a tiered target account list using the INSEA account prioritization framework, and keep pipeline and forecast current in CRM.
• Partner with Growth and Analytics to scope test plans, agree KPIs (ROAS, retention, LTV) and launch new customers successfully.
• Represent RZR at Vietnamese and regional gaming and mobile industry events.
• Meet and exceed quarterly new business targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in programmatic or mobile advertising in Vietnam, including 3+ years selling performance solutions (UA, retargeting, DSP, ad networks) to app or game publishers.
• Professional fluency in Vietnamese and English — required for this role.
• A named list of accounts in Vietnam you can bring to RZR, backed by current relationships with growth / UA decision makers.
• Track record of closing new logos and meeting or exceeding quota — with numbers to show it.
• Working knowledge of mobile gaming economics (LTV, ROAS curves, IAP vs. IAA), MMPs and attribution, and SKAN.
• Comfortable working as the only seller in-market, with a regional manager and remote cross-functional support.

Nice to have

• Experience selling retargeting or re-engagement solutions.
• Experience selling global (US / Tier-1) UA to Vietnamese publishers.
• Relationships with e-wallet, fintech and e-commerce advertisers.
