Role Description

Aeries is hiring a self-directed, high-energy SMB Account Executive to be the dedicated provider acquisition engine for the ActivityHero marketplace. You will sell ActivityHero’s registration software and marketing solutions to kids’ activity providers, helping them run their programs and reach more families.

This is a fast-paced role on a small team. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from conducting outbound prospecting activities to building a rock-solid pipeline and closing new sales with small businesses.

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities
• Build and execute targeted outbound sequences — calls, emails, video prospecting, and social outreach
• Rapidly respond to and qualify inbound leads
• Run discovery calls and product demos, handle objections, and close new provider accounts
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute strategic sales campaigns
• Keep accurate lead, activity, and pipeline records in our CRM (HubSpot)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required (equivalent work experience considered)
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience closing deals preferred, ideally online software, marketplaces, or selling to small businesses
• Experience with HubSpot preferred, not required
• Familiarity with California's kids' activity and camp market is a plus
