[Hiring] Account Executive @Ethena

Role Description

We’re building our Sales team at Ethena — an AI platform that’s revolutionizing the Compliance space. We’re looking for a tenacious Senior Account Executive who knows how to navigate Fortune 500 complexities and has a track record of consistently closing 6-figure deals.

Most importantly, we’re looking for a career seller: someone who thrives as an individual contributor and wants to keep winning as a hunter rather than moving into management. While we offer plenty of enablement training, this isn’t the place for someone who needs a rigid playbook to succeed. We need an expert who can make things up on the fly, applying smart sales strategies to their own pipeline while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table that the rest of the team can learn from.

What you’ll do

• Source, manage, and close new business deals
• Clearly communicate the value of Ethena and demonstrate how our products can address prospects’ pain points
• Foster strong relationships through deep understanding of your customers’ needs
• Multithread effectively to create champions across multiple teams
• Keep a tight, organized pipeline; Be on top of deal stage movement and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
• Travel a few times per year to attend key events and meet with prospects in person

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS full-cycle sales, particularly in complex, non-transactional deals on small, high-growth teams
• Track record of surpassing sales quotas and excelling in new business acquisition
• Proven ability to manage pipeline proactively, advancing deals through each stage
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Curiosity about new technology and an ability to connect it to business impact
• Proactive, self-led, and hungry to make an impact
• Builder mentality - you improve the playbook, not just run it
• Proficient in Salesforce and sales automation tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
• Aligned with Ethena’s mission, with a passion for learning and growth

Requirements

• This is sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing in a home office environment.
• Location: Ethena is a remote-first organization and is currently hiring candidates based in the United States.
• We are not currently offering employer visa sponsorship for this role.
