[Hiring] Account Executive @ZIRO

Role Description

• Qualify inbound demand and quickly separate real opportunities from noise.
• Chase down every worthwhile ZIRO lead and drive it to a clear outcome.
• Keep deals moving toward a buying decision.
• Close business and turn opportunities into new ZIRO customers and revenue.
• Build champions, executive relationships, and access to decision-makers.
• Uncover the problem, impact, urgency, and why ZIRO.
• Lead the deal end-to-end from technical validation through commercial, procurement, and signature.
• Keep the CRM, pipeline, next steps, risks, and forecast sharp and up to date.
• Create pipeline when you need it especially when coverage is light.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience selling IT or UCaaS/CCaaS solutions in full-cycle, complex sales.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles with enterprise and mid-market buyers.
• Proven track record of closing new business and hitting quota.
• Strong outbound skills and pipeline creation capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with executive audiences.
• A proactive, self-starting approach with exceptional time and priority management.
• Strong familiarity with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools.

• 5+ years of enterprise IT or UC sales experience.
• A proactive, high-energy self-starter who creates momentum rather than waiting for it.
• Curious, coachable, and always looking for ways to get better.
• A confident communicator who knows how to tailor the message to the audience and the moment.
