[Hiring] Account Executive @Styx Intelligence

Role Description

As an Account Executive, you'll own the customer journey from initial discovery through contract execution, building trusted relationships with security, technology, and business leaders. You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand customer challenges, demonstrate value, and drive growth across new and existing accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative sales environments, enjoys navigating complex buying cycles, and is motivated by helping customers solve meaningful business and security challenges.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle, from qualified opportunity through negotiation and close.
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including security, technology, and executive leaders.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover business objectives, security challenges, and operational needs.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to customer priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create an exceptional prospect and customer experience.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and revenue forecast within CRM platforms.
• Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and industry developments to serve as a knowledgeable advisor to prospects.
• Represent Styx Intelligence professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities where applicable.
• Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing B2B cybersecurity and/or digital risk protection sales opportunities from discovery through close.
• Demonstrated success building relationships and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage pipeline activities and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive, resourceful approach and comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience working with reseller channels and/or Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP).
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience with SaaS or technology solutions.
• Curiosity about online threats such as phishing, impersonation, fraud, and data exposure.
• Comfort learning new technologies and translating their value to customers.
• Experience supporting webinars, trade shows, or customer-facing events.
