[Hiring] Account Executive @Integrity Advocate

Role Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic Account Executive to own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will be a relationship seller with a proven track record of closing in B2B SaaS.

• Identify, prospect and engage with mid-market certification providers, licensing bodies and training organizations; experience selling to these organizations is a plus.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls, product demos and tailored presentations to align our solutions with prospect needs.
• Be an expert in our solution and understand the unique challenges of prospects to tailor our solution to their needs.
• Manage opportunities through a structured sales process, leveraging Hubspot for accurate forecasting; CRM hygiene is imperative.
• Develop relationships with decision makers to drive deals forward and effectively address roadblocks.
• Partner with Account Management & Support teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption for new clients.

Qualifications

• Proven closer with 3+ years of experience in SaaS or EdTech sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Relationship builder with ability to consultatively sell and develop long-term relationships by being a trusted partner to prospects.
• Comfort demoing software and explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently with little guidance in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Hubspot and managing a structured sales pipeline.
