Role Description

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering an ambitious sales plan. This is a proactive role aimed at growing the number and value of subscribers to the service by:

• Identifying and personally engaging with key decision makers.
• Exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Building a pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Becoming an expert on PolicyMogul’s product and conducting discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.
• Developing and managing relationships with prospects and accounts in your territory.
• Demonstrating and selling value to key stakeholders within accounts during fast-moving sales cycles.
• Tracking all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years sales experience, successfully delivering sales growth (preferably in a B2B SaaS environment).
• Some interest (or even experience) in UK politics.
• Ability to thrive in a position of 'ownership' and manage your own time and workload.
• Experience in starting your own business or being in a position of responsibility beyond your experience.
