[Hiring] Account Director II - Large Enterprise @Lumen

Role Description

Identifies and develops new Large Enterprise sales opportunities, provides product solutions, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company. Introduces company products and services to new and/or existing customers. Responsible for the implementation of strategic and tactical sales account plans. Develops and maintains accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels.

Location: Allows for Work From Home in AZ, CA, NV, TX or UT. Requires at least 50% or more of time conducting sales activities outside of the office.

Main Responsibilities

• Develops and manages relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
• Develops action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company.
• Identifies, bids on, negotiates, and closes new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
• Provides comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and/or existing accounts.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the company's entire product suite, with in-depth knowledge on a subset of products and/or services.
• Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
• Provides input to sales management about trends and changes within the customer's organization and makes recommendations about future courses of action necessary for improving the company's position with the customer.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 50% or more of time conducting sales activities outside of the office.
• 7 years of industry sales experience.
• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
• Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
• Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
• Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry's competitive landscape.
• Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

• $109,649 - $146,192 in these states: AZ, UT
• $115,133 - $153,507 in these states: NV
• $120,617 - $160,812 in these states: CA, TX
