Role Description
This is a full-time, work from home role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and developing sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Daily training and coaching of team members
- Conducting sales presentations
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Monitoring sales performance metrics
- Reporting on results to senior management
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in sales and developing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
