Role Description

This role involves participating in the Veolia Graduate Program 2025 for Mobile Water Services Sales, which includes a structured development journey leading to long-term career opportunities across global operations.

Join between July and October 2025 for a 1-year fully immersive graduate program
Permanent position from day one, ensuring job security and focus on development
Comprehensive career conversations at the end of the program to explore strengths and aspirations
Positive and inclusive culture emphasizing equality and collaboration
Participate in a thriving I&D community and related initiatives
Engage in ecological transformation and make a meaningful impact on society and the environment
Structured training on essential and technical skills
Networking opportunities with a dedicated support network
Experiential learning with monthly workshops at key locations in Europe
Participate in a Sustainability Challenge to develop entrepreneurial skills
Regular reviews with the support network for feedback
Join a dynamic sales team combining technical expertise with commercial acumen
Develop expertise in sustainable water solutions while building relationships with industry stakeholders

Learn to develop and manage a growing pipeline of business opportunities
Build skills in prospecting, developing, and closing sales opportunities
Understand customer needs and qualify leads
Contribute to key metrics for assigned growth targets
Learn about digital monitoring and Veolia's Insight technology
Participate in marketing activities throughout the UK & Ireland
Network with Veolia business units and external partners
Support company campaigns and gather market intelligence
Contribute to accurate monthly sales forecasts
Develop expertise in water treatment solutions

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Business/Sales and Marketing
Fluent in English - other European languages are useful
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a matrix organisation
Full UK driving licence - a car will be provided
Willingness to travel
Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities
Proactive and self-motivated approach
Professional presence
