Role Description
Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions are ready to launch our Graduate Recruitment Campaign for 2025. You will join us between July and October 2025 and complete a 1-year fully immersive graduate programme. This structured development journey leads to exciting long-term career opportunities across our global operations.
Join our dynamic commercial team in a role that combines technical expertise with business acumen. This graduate position offers an exceptional opportunity to develop both technical and commercial capabilities within our innovative water technologies sector.
- Learn to provide commercial support for applications and projects
- Develop understanding of service centre operations and field service delivery
- Build and maintain customer relationships at all levels
- Learn to assess and fulfil customer service requirements
- Gain expertise in understanding customer business models
- Develop skills in identifying value-added solutions
- Participate in technical and commercial skill development
- Collaborate with internal teams and mentors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline
- Fluent in English (with French if based in France or German if based in Germany)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Windows environment
- Experience with CRM systems ideal but not essential
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership potential
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Commitment to residing within the assigned region
