Role Description
The Solutions Engineer at you.com plays a pivotal role in aligning innovative strategies with technology solutions to meet the needs of complex accounts. This position collaborates with clients and internal teams, including C-level executives, to deliver multi-product technology solutions that drive value and business performance.
- Identify customer needs and recommend strategic solutions
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that showcase the value of you.com technologies
- Address complex and ambiguous business challenges by conducting research and defining problems
- Streamline client decision-making processes by evaluating solution options and building consensus
- Deliver transformational product demonstrations, including live pitches and executive-level presentations
- Identify customers' business objectives and position you.com solutions to meet their needs
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of customers' architectures and align you.com solutions with their business goals
- Develop and narrate compelling customer experience stories using you.com technologies
- Engage in ongoing product, sales, and procedural training to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience
- Deep understanding of AI applications, relational databases, and web technologies
- Exceptional oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to solve technical challenges in dynamic environments
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a Solutions Engineer capacity
- Experience working in a start-up environment is highly preferred
Requirements
- Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process
- Salary Band: $195,000 — $225,000 USD
