Role Description

This role involves leadership and management across multiple branches to drive performance and sales in the heavy-duty truck and trailer parts industry.

Hire and supervise Branch Managers and participate in staffing processes.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for Branch Managers.
Conduct regular branch location visits to celebrate successes and identify areas of opportunity.
Create a best-in-class employee experience by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and safety.
Conduct regular performance reviews for Branch Managers, providing constructive feedback.
Develop and execute area-level sales strategies to meet or exceed financial targets.
Drive organic growth through new customers and expanding share of wallet with existing customers.
Develop and implement strategic account plans in partnership with branch leadership.
Monitor and analyze sales performance via key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coach team members to leverage the "FleetPride Way to Sell" method.
Drive safety awareness with team members through training on safety policies and procedures.
Drive operational excellence through SOP and KPI standardization.
Develop and implement operational strategies that optimize branch resources.
Take ownership of financial P&L results at the branch and area levels.
Maintain clean and organized facilities to support a safe and efficient work environment.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage innovation.
Actively participate in regional and company-wide meetings to share insights and provide feedback.

Qualifications

Experience in leadership and people management within a sales environment.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and performance metrics.
Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.
Proven track record of driving operational excellence.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

Experience in the heavy-duty parts or related industry preferred.
Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve sales performance.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Proficiency in managing P&L and financial performance.
