[Hiring] Senior Solutions Consultant @IFS

Role Description

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at IFS Copperleaf, you will serve as a trusted sales partner and technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with the sales team, prospects, and existing clients to uncover challenges and design compelling solutions using the IFS Copperleaf decision analytics platform.

• Deliver impactful product demos and executive briefings (virtual and on-site)
• Design enterprise-level technology solutions
• Provide technical leadership in the sales process
• Engage with the industry at external events

You will need to be comfortable having close dialogue with external stakeholders, including C-level, technical management, and architectural teams to position IFS as the partner of choice for the adoption and enablement of IFS Copperleaf solutions in our core industry verticals.

Our customers are typically mid-to-large asset intensive enterprises managing key infrastructure, such as Energy & Utilities, Water, Rail & Transportation, and more. In this role, you will develop industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor and key technology ambassador for our customers and prospects.

As this is a customer-facing role focused on providing complex solutions, you will be expected to travel approximately 30% of your time, to work with clients across the ANZ Region.

Qualifications

• Background in presales consulting, with 3 to 5 years+ experience with software presales/delivery, or equivalent experience
• Interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence solution direction to both technical and non-technical audiences alike across all organizational levels
• You’re a natural presenter - engaging and dynamic
• Demonstrated problem solving and creative skills, ability to exercise sound judgment on the fly and dynamically navigate from problem to solution
• Resilient, proactive, and inquisitive by nature
• You crave personal improvement, and don’t shy away from asking questions, sharing your opinion, and receiving feedback
• You have a strong team spirit, viewing ultimate success as that of the group, not the individual
• Experience leveraging AI is preferred

Requirements

• Previous experience in pre-sales, consulting or solution design with other software solutions such as SAP, Oracle, IBM is preferred
• Alternatively, experience with other technology solutions in any of the key industries mentioned above will be highly regarded
