[Hiring] Senior Business Development Representative - Business Consultant @Gbsgroup
Mar 26, 2025 - Gbsgroup is hiring a remote Senior Business Development Representative - Business Consultant. 💸 Salary: base: usd 1800-2000/month + incentives and sales commissions. 📍Location: Latin America (LATAM).
Role Description
In this role, you’ll be the face of GBS Group to prospective clients, consulting clients on their business needs while working with our partners to build solutions to solve the clients toughest finance, accounting & tax challenges.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Establishing and nourishing new relationships with prospects
- Maintaining a clear and clean pipeline of weekly leads in the CRM
- Coordinating with the manager on new ways to attract clients and to clear any blockers of the process
- Following up extensively with leads over prolonged periods of time
- Understanding, meeting and exceeding targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and critical success factors
- Being available M-F to hit call target, email nurture, and prospect if need be
- Rotating AM/PM shifts to vary outreach times
- Attending one training/feedback session per week with manager
- Prospecting and researching client’s website & social profiles page to tailor outbound messaging
- Reviewing companies and stakeholders assigned to find any missing info
- Assessing engagement among prospects and companies
- Qualifying prospects
- Creating Quotes & Sales Presentations
Results expected include:
- Target of qualified meetings booked per month is hit
- Stat sheet is updated by EOD and sent to the Manager
- All client interactions are properly documented in CRM
- All internal communication cycles are properly followed
- Efficient with email, and texting
- Desire to learn sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly persistent when faced with objections
- Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed by the manager
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in an SDR/BDR role
Requirements
- Efficient with LinkedIn and general social media platforms
- Exceptional over the phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be great at presenting
- Excellent at building rapport
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Routine driven
- Open to growing rapidly
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by manager
