Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive that is excited about driving new business at a fast growing start up with a superior product in an industry that has been slow to innovate as well as playing a role in building out and scaling the Account Executive team to support our rapid growth.
- Fast learner with strong sales and interpersonal skills
- Engage in dollars-and-cents real estate conversations
- Communicate technical product details to non-technical buyers
- Develop an understanding of the buyer journey for different customer types
- Build a sales pipeline from scratch with the help of the SDR team
- Own the sales process from start to finish to exceed quota each quarter
- Proven track record of success selling into “the real America”
- Join an existing team of Account Executives reporting directly to the CEO
- Prove you can sell AirGarage consistently and predictably
- Play a role in managing and scaling the Account Executive team
Sales Compensation
- On-Target Earnings for this role are $180k - $220k off of a Base Salary of $80k - $100k
- Commissions are uncapped and paid out monthly based on Quarter-to-Date attainment
- Eligible for monthly pacing bonuses for exceeding quotas
Who You Are
- Deep need to understand the customer and win the deal
- Proven track record of selling in fast growing, early stage startups
- Obsessed with understanding the product deeply
- Strong grasp of and consistently apply a sales methodology
- Eager to contribute to broader company goals
What You Will Do
- Exceed your quarterly sales quota by pursuing new deals from start to finish
- Work closely with SDRs to supplement outbound efforts
- Qualify leads by becoming an expert on AirGarage
- Develop an understanding of the parking and commercial real estate industry
- Become an expert in Salesforce CRM
- Work with the sales team to iterate and improve on the sales process
- Intent to be promoted into a Team Lead or Manager role within 6-12 months
What You Need
- 4+ years in a quota carrying, full cycle sales role
- History of promotions demonstrating desire to work hard and learn fast
- Ability to quickly learn about AirGarage and the Commercial Real Estate industry
- Growth mindset and ability to adapt in an early stage startup environment
- Grit and willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed
- Hunter mentality with excitement about prospecting and closing deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in excel for profit & loss analysis
- Experience in a smaller startup environment
