Role Description

Unterstütze unsere Vertriebsteams im Versicherungsservice, indem du aktiv Bestandskund:innen anrufst und Termine für unsere Versicherungsberater:innen organisierst. Dabei identifizierst du schnell Kundenbedürfnisse und übernimmst den Erstkontakt mit Kund:innen. Du bist im ständigen Austausch mit deinem Team und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bei.

Wir suchen motivierte und kommunikative Talente, die direkten Kundenkontakt lieben und bereit sind, im Outbound durchzustarten!

Qualifications

Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten und erste Erfahrung im Telefonvertrieb
Positive Ausstrahlung und Freude am Kundenkontakt
Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Motivation
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
