Role Description
This is a remote sales role with a commission structure and bonus incentives that makes your journey to success worth every struggle.
- Work with top level, self-motivated people eager to WIN BIG
- Collaborate with visionaries who need a system to apply their confidence and competence
- Manage your own schedule with part-time and full-time positions available
- Utilize a proprietary lead system to connect with qualified buyers
- Learn to skillfully execute sales scripts and use automated communication tools
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Ability to manage oneself without a boss
- Compassion for others and enjoyment in helping people
- Value building solid relationships
Requirements
- Entry level experience is acceptable
- Ability to create independence and discipline
- Willingness to apply and attend group interviews
Benefits
- Commission only structure with starting commission level of 80% to 130%
- Income potential is uncapped
- Average commission approximately $800 per sale
- Incentives for increasing commission level by 5% every 60 days
- 10% cash incentive bonus for achieving goals within 30 days
