Role Description
Our award-winning agency is looking to work with top level, self-motivated people who are eager to WIN BIG in this journey called life! We are seeking to work with visionaries who simply need a system to apply their confidence, competence and great work ethic.
This is a remote, work from home, sales role with a commission structure and bonus incentives that are second to none in this industry.

Compensation
- 100% commission only
- Starting commission level is 80% and ranges to 130%
- No safety net, and no ceiling on income potential
- Average commission is approximately $800 per sale
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Serious candidates can increase their commission level by 5% every 60 days
- Additional 10% cash incentive bonus for achieving goals within 30 days
Part-Time Earnings
- Average Part-Time: 1-3 sales per week; Annual income ranges between $25,000 - $50,000
- Above Average Part-Time: 4-6 sales/week; Annual income ranges between $75,000 - $125,000
Full-Time Earnings
- Average Full-Time: 5-7 sales per week; Annual income ranges between $90,000 - $125,000
- Above Average Full-Time: 7-10 sales per week; Annual income ranges between $150,000 - $230,000
- Exceptional Full-Time: 9-12 sales per week; Annual income ranges between $225,000 - $350,000
Leads and Tools
Our proprietary lead system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need for the product. It’s your job to learn how to skillfully execute the script.
- New industry-leading software allows sales reps to use automated text and voicemail to communicate with prospects
