Role Description

This role involves handling cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups to support business growth.

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce The Client's services and products
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent client engagement
  • Manage the "Garden Shearings" program, an annual inspection initiative to generate new business opportunities
  • Convert strong leads into sales through relationship building and professional communication
  • Track and update client interactions in the company CRM
  • Assist with measuring construction materials (basic math required: linear feet vs. square footage)
  • Social media support for content creation and lead generation
  • Assist with customer inquiries and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation, with a focus on closing deals
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, basic math skills for measurements
  • Seeking candidates motivated by earnings potential rather than hourly wage
  • Experience with social media marketing for lead generation (bonus skills)
